Shipping & Order Processing:
Pick-up Option: Customers can collect their orders from our shop at Iconic Business Plaza 3rd Floor Room T12 along Moi Avenue Nairobi CBD.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed for same-day dispatch.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
- Some specialized items may require additional processing time before dispatch.
Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
