Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are also shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to our Physical Store, Iconic business plaza. 3rd-floor room T12. House.
- We offer free shipping on all orders within Nairobi CBD.
- For orders to other Kenyan Towns, shipping costs are usually done via Courier service:
- Shipping times vary depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Refunds
- You may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Kindly note that these shipping costs change from time to time and therefore updated figures will always be on the checkout page. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances. You will be advised when such occasions arise.
Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds on:
- Custom orders
- Items that have been used or damaged.
- Items that have been sold as “final sale.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
